As an LBI builder for nearly three decades, supporting community events and growing the bonds we have with each of our LBI towns has been one of our greatest achievements as Stonehenge Builders. Every year, the LBIF hosts this house tour in honor of LBI builders, architects, and interior designers to showcase the designs that truly capture the essence of LBI.
The LBIF Annual Seashore House Tour is a full day of celebrating the designs and homes of LBI, so be prepared to carpool, bring socks to wear for touring the homes, and don’t forget to pick up your wristband and information packet on the day of the tour! Be sure to visit our stop on the house tour in Barnegat Light: a stunning custom oceanfront home with 4,169 square feet of living space. With a master bedroom, four junior master bedrooms, either a sixth bedroom or office with a full hall bath, and a powder room on the second floor, the home also boasts a residential elevator to make shore life easy. The home was also designed with Castle Combe flooring throughout except in the tiled areas. The exterior of this beautiful home features Nu-Cedar siding, black windows, cable railings, a Gunite lap pool, multiple decks, fire pit, outdoor shower, and professional landscaping.
The foundation is also hosting an architectural presentation and discussion on August 3, 2025 at 10 AM. Seating for the presentation is limited and on a first come, first served basis.
